We have several full time positions coming up in our NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES CENTRE as well as in our NORTH AMERICAN SHARED SERVICES CENTRE. We are looking for several multi dimensional people who:
- Have 1-2 years experience in customer service, credit & collections, accounts receivable and/or related areas
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Are comfortable in a team environment that thrives on high energy, productive stress, pride, and customer satisfaction
- Have the ability to generate a positive customer experience through communication, problem resolution and decision making skills
- Approach work with a proactive style and take pride and ownership in what you do
- Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QAD is an asset
- Can read and speak a Spanish or French - not a requirement for employment but is a definite asset
- Have superior data entry skills complemented with a high accuracy rate
- Have a minimum typing speed of 35 - 40 wpm
